UK DELIVERY

How much is it?

UK delivery charge is £3.99 or for all orders over £50 it's FREE.

How long will it take?

UK orders are delivered within 3 to 5 days of your order being placed.
Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take up to 7 days

Which courier do you use?

We use Royal Mail for all our UK deliveries.

When will you deliver?

Royal Mail usually attempts delivery anytime between 8AM and 5PM Monday to Friday and up until midday on Saturday.
Royal Mail do not deliver on Bank Holidays so please be aware of any impending ones when you order!

Can I send my order to another address?

Yes. You can select a different address during the checkout and save it to your address book for next time you shop. You can update your address book at any time by logging into the site and clicking on my account.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you are not at home when our courier attempts to deliver they will leave a card and return the parcel to your local Royal Mail depot. You can collect the parcel within 14 days by taking some personal identification and the "sorry you were out card" to the depot.

You can also re-arrange delivery online by visiting the Royal Mail website.

Can I get my order any sooner?

We plan on offering Next Day Delivery to the UK soon so keep checking back.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. When your order has been despatched from our warehouse we'll email you a link which will allow you to track delivery right to your door.

Will you deliver to me?

Canterbury will deliver anywhere in the UK and Ireland as well as a host of countries worldwide. Check out the table below for a list of destinations.

I want my order to go to a BFPO?

Delivery to BFPO addresses is FREE. Please select BFPO from the country drop down at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Who will deliver the parcel?

Deliveries will be shipped via Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the weight and value.

Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.

Delivery will take 4 to 10 working days after despatch

A signature may be required and if you're not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up. This may vary depending on the country but we should be able to give you more info if you send us an email at onlinehelp@Canterbury.com.

Can I track my delivery?

It depends on which carrier is used when we ship the parcel. We'll send you a tracking link by email if one is available.

Do I pay customs or import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and can't let you know how much they'll be. Policies vary from country to country so it would be a good idea to check your local customs for more info.
